A chalk drawing has appeared at the corner of Broadway and University. It seems to be a preliminary work of Chalk artist, Lee Jones.She will return for the third time to re-create a master painting during the festival from July 22-24. She has chalked all over the country from the 2010 Super Bowl to Yellowstone National Park. There will be a “Learn to Chalk Workshop” on Monday, July 19 from 5:30-8:30 pm. If you wish to participate, the total cost for the workshop, chalk, and a 5’ x 5’ square on a sidewalk is $25.
